Welcome to Beaufort Primary School Nursery Classes. We are delighted to now be part of Beaufort Primary School.
As in Reception, our nursery classes provide a safe, stimulating and enabling environment with experienced trained teachers and practitioners who are able to build positive relationships with both children and their parents/carers. We aim to create a welcoming atmosphere where children feel happy, safe and secure.
We offer 15 hours of funded nursery education through the offer of morning or afternoon sessions. Alternatively, you can choose for your child to attend nursery for 15 hours for two and a half days at the beginning of the week (all day Monday, all day Tuesday and Wednesday mornings) or at the end of the week (Wednesday afternoons, all day Thursday and all day Friday). We are also able to offer 30 hours of funded nursery education for those children whose parents are eligible.
We accept children after their 2nd birthday and operate using a ‘family group’ basis where our children benefit from contact with older and younger children through watching, playing, communicating and helping each other in a free flow setting.
