At Beaufort Primary School, we offer a range of after school activities for all our children. These include a variety of sporting clubs, as well as clubs for children who prefer the more creative activities. Our programme of clubs changes termly, but we always aim to have something available to every child each day. Teacher led clubs change half termly and are not listed below. You can get more details from the office or in the club letters. The regular clubs for this term are shown below:
At the end of each half term, a letter is sent home to parents with details of the clubs available in the following term. This allows parents time to plan their weekly clubs.
Places in many clubs are limited, so we operate a waiting list. This means that if your child was not successful in getting a place in the club of their choice, they will be given first preference the following term.
Some clubs are run by school staff, some by talented parents and others by external providers. A charge is made for all clubs to cover costs, including wear and tear to equipment, although these vary. If your child is eligible for Free School Meals you may be able to get help towards the cost of your child attending a school club.
If you would like to know more, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Hare in the School Office.
